These kind of mismatches are what makes midi mapping a pain in the ass sometimes. As I understand it Omnisphere 2.5 just matches the controls on your synth. but your software has a sawtooth as it's first LFO waveform. Your synth could start with a square waveform for the LFO, followed by a sine. Otherwise, you would have totally different oscillator combinations than those represented on the hardware.

For example: if you try to assign the oscillator waveforms it's not possible without a dedicated software panel inside Omnisphere.
